Friendly and helpful staff with a big heart. The apartment is awesome, and it's super convenient, just a stone's throw away from a bus stop where you can catch four different buses into the city. 🚌

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alloggi Palmini. The location was just perfect for us, away from the downtown hustle and bustle but still conveniently close thanks to the nearby tram. The courtyard provided a great space for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The owners, Silvia, Milco, and Francesco, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. And let's not forget the delightful cafe next door, where we enjoyed delicious cappuccinos and pastries every morning. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family vacation.

Great location! Super close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed. the kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a laundry machine. One of the best parts was the lovely inner yard where we could relax and enjoy our meals. It was peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

there was only one key provided for the apartment, which was quite inconvenient for our group. the stairs to the first floor were quite steep and not the easiest to navigate, so make sure to be careful.

The host was attentive and helpful, answering our questions promptly. The tram station was conveniently located nearby. Thankfully, the air conditioning kept the indoor temperature comfortable, despite the hot summer weather. The apartment had a beautiful design and there was a lovely courtyard.

The apartment had air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, which was great because I can't live without my Instagram! Also, the location was perfect for my art lover self, with the Galleria degli Uffizi nearby.
